With the 2006 Writers’ Collector’s Edition, Montblanc honors the most influential writer in feminist literature, Virginia Woolf.

Virginia Woolf was certainly one of the pioneering women writers of the 20th Century, she oppsed the Victorian aesthetic that dominated her time, broke away from literary traditions and blazed a new path that many writers were to follow in the future.

Her highest achievement is probably the book “THE WAVES” puplished in 1931, in which her technique reaches its best performance. Leaving behind every literary tradion.

The Montblanc Virginia Woolf series writing instruments were launched on the 75th anniversary of the publication of her wotk “The Waves” and their wavy design is clearly inspired by this work. Virginia Woolf’s signature is at the top of the foutain Pen.
