PRODUCT SHIPPING COSTS – DELIVERY TIME
IN GREECE for jewelry – accessories small envelopes and small packages up to 2kg
For the execution of orders and delivery the products
from 70 euros and above, shipping costs are for free for all of Greece.
The execution of orders and delivery of products under 70 euros for jewelry – accessories, small envelopes and small packages up to 2 kg will be done through ACS COURIER and postage costs are as follows:
- For areas within Thessaloniki at ( 3 ) euros, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 days,
- For areas within the Thessaloniki Region at ( 3,50 )euros, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 days,
- For land destinations at ( 5,50 ) euros, with delivery time of 1 to 3 days,
- For island destinations at ( 6 ) euros, with delivery time of 1 to 5 days and
- For inaccessible destinations at ( 6 ) euros, with delivery time of 1 to 6 days.
IN GREECE for home – office items, parcels and large volumes up to 5kg.

Execution of orders and delivery of products under 70euros for home- office items, parcels and large volumes up to 5kg, will be done through Argos SA Transport and shipping costs are as follows:
- For areas within Thessaloniki at ( 4 ) euros, with a delivery time of 1 to 3 days,
- For areas within the Region of Thessaloniki at ( 4 ) euros, with delivery time of 1 to 3 days,
- For land destinations at ( 4 ) euros, with delivery time of 1 to 3 days,
- For island destinations at ( 5 ) euros , with delivery time of 1 to 5 days and
- For inaccessible destinations at ( 5 ) euros, with delivery time of 1 to 6 days.
ATTENTION: Delivery times refer to working days from Monday to Friday. Delivery is made to the recipient’s address, at his door and in case of cash on delivery, you will be charged (3)euros cost regardless of the price of the product.
Because according to the current tax provisions of
Law 4446/2016, guarantee and control of transactions and specifically in paragraph 3 , it is stipulated that “3.the tax data of a total value for
five hundred (500) euros and over, issued for the sale of goods or the provision of services to individuals, are paid by their recipients , buyers of goods or services, solely through the use of card payment or other electronic means of payment such as indicative but not restrictive bank transfer, payment through payment account , use the electronic wallet.
It is not allowed to pay these items in cash” for documents worth more than 500euros (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and to business (Sales Invoice) the payment will be made only in the following ways:
- Transfer to our bank account at PIRAEUS BANK (where for your best security and confirmation, as soon as you deposit the money in our Company’s account, please call us and inform us by phone at +30 2310 262 009 or send us by email to info@virginiavildiridi.gr
The deposit slip and specifically the deposit number, as well as the number of your order and as soon as the money appears in the bank account of the Company, your order execution process will begin immediately

- By debiting on a credit or debit card. In addition , there is a choice for issuing tax receipts or sales invoices. Invoice will be issued to companies and freelancers if the following information is given when ordering : Company name, VAT number, Tax Office, registered office and profession for freelancers.
The products of the order are sent via courier service to the place indicated to the Order form. Shipping costs include insurance for products ordered. The deliveries of the products take place anywhere in the Greek Territory during working days (Monday to Friday) and hours 09.00am to 17.00pm. Orders received until 13.00pm and concerning available products are executed within up to 3 working days, if it is for the cities of Athens, capitals of prefectures and towns and within 3 to 6 days , if it is for anywhere else within the Greek Territory, islands or inaccessible remote areas.
In case you prefer a transport company your choice, with which our company does not cooperate, then you will be charged with all the transport costs, regardless of the amount of your order. The place of delivery is mentioned in the Registration Confirmation. Ownership of the product is transferred after full payment, while the risk is transferred at the time of delivery.
The COMPANY does not guarantee the processing time of the order, as the factors that determine it are many and various (technical issues, difficulty of the order itself, errors in the order, courier delays, strikes and incidents of force majeure) .
Nevertheless it guarantees that it will do everything possible to complete it in the shortest possible time. The COMPANY is not responsible in case of delay in the shipment of the ordered products, unless it is charged with fraud.
In foreign shipments if it becomes impossible for us to deliver your order to you, your order will be stored in the shipping store for ten (10) days . You will receive a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to receive it. If you do not go to the storage point of your order within these ten (10) day period for reasons that are not due to our fault, it is considered that the contract between us expires and the order will be returned to us. We will refund any payment we receive from you , after deducting the return cost. Please note, however, that shipping that will occur on the occasion of the Contract may have a higher cost, with which we are entitled to charge you.
THE COMPANY is not responsible in case of delay i9n sending orders to countries outside EU due to the work of the Customs, indicatively such as customs clearances and customs controls, which it cannot know in advance. All orders are shipped from Greece to the destination country of your choice. Orders shipped to non – EU countries may be subject to additional charges upon importation into the third country.
In other words, upon delivery, the courier may be asked to pay additional tax, customs duties, state VAT, import duties and any other charges charged by local authorities for the shipment made via our electronic mail which is different from country to country.
THE COMPANY is not responsible for the above charges, please contact the customs before proceeding with your order, if you do not know the possible additional charges and the customs regime that applies to your country. The user agrees to comply with the procedures and laws of each country, including customs and customs regulations, customs duties and charges. It accepts that the COMPANYdoes not bear any responsibility and undertakes the obligation to be informed with the procedures in force in the third country, before proceeding with the order.
FORCE MAJEURE
THE COMPANY is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure. Examples include strikes, customs controls, terrorism, war, supply / transport / production problems , exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than 2 months, this Contract may be terminated by either party without compensation.
